Everybody wants better in the life. Though Economic Crisis did a fabulous trimming on UAE job market making it tough for job hunters, the population who wants better in the life still keep on growing and getting lost in stiff conditions. All of this makes absolutely perfect environment for those who are doing business using high demand for the product they offer, which is “JOB”.
Not long time ago I was surfing on the net, and found amazing job offer with attractive salary package and fantastic benifits. I put everything aside and happily did all registration prosedure where they got all my details plus my CV. I finished by applying to some other job offers on the same site, quite honestly, without any suspect. The next day, I recieved a call, from a lady with a nice assertive tone of speaking which made me feel that I’m fkn lucky. But when I started to give spesific questions, about company, its location, salary and staff, she started to sound a bit uncertain and overwhelming…
Our ears like to hear good news, even logic says, it’s a bullshit ….
Anyways, she asked me about my timings and set an appointment for the next day, on a famous Sheikh Zaed in Crown Plaza, I agreed and reasked her for a location. She answered politely with full patience and informed me that she will send a message on my phone with all details.
I recieved a message with all details of location as I’ve been told earlier and additionaly I’ve got their web site…
The same time unpatiently I opened their website and got really dissappointed, ‘coz it showed that they are recruitment agency with a big letters of their way of working, their vision, supremacy in a recruitment business and very small mentioning that A VISIT AND A REGISTRATION COSTS 150 DHM (HUNDRED AND FIFTY) per a candidate ….
I tried to convince myself that maybe it’s a real agancy who just taking money for some extra paper work, but my logic told after complete browsing on their website that it was complete bullshit with amazing business on poor people who wants better in the life…lol
I realised that it was waste of time and waste of my energy, and now I’m trying to be more detailed and realistic in a job hunting.

rumors that new labor law allows ban lifting, for those employees who completed their one year service in their companies out of their contract. Unfortunately employees still cannot change their work places unless they will get NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer and/or company

Recently I was trying to find out about rumors that new labor law allows ban lifting, for those employees who completed their one year service in their companies out of their contract. Unfortunately employees still cannot change their work places unless they will get NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer and/or company. The labor ban lifting law was issued in Dubai Labor Office only for those who have completed their one year service out of their contract and due to labor ban lifting inquiry the employee who wants to be granted labor ban lifting should pay Labor Ban Lifting Fees.

So, the only opportunity to change the work place is to find a job in the free zones, where NOC is not required…

This article will clearly describe the picture in bright colors about Labor Laws and Current situation on UAE job market.

Finding the perfect job in Dubai can offer its own set of unique challenges. The UAE has not been immune to the global economic crisis and competition for available jobs is stiff. In addition, labor laws in the UAE can be confusing and seem to be in a constant flux. By educating themselves on the basics of UAE labor law, employees can avoid many common pitfalls that may arise during their time working in Dubai.

Rights that job seekers take for granted in their home country may not necessarily apply in Dubai. For example, there are no anti-discrimination laws in effect and employers can request anything from a certain nationality or age group to a certain appearance. There is also no minimum wage. An employee’s nationality is often a determining factor in the amount of pay offered, with Europeans and Arabs on the higher end of the scale and Asians on the lower end. Because changing jobs in Dubai is not a straightforward process, it is a common (although illegal) practice for some employers to hold employee passports as security against absconding.

An expatriate’s right to live and work in the UAE is tied to their sponsor, in this case the employer. Once a job seeker is hired, an employment contract will be signed. The contract is either fixed term or unlimited term. A fixed term contract means that there is a specified start date and end date. The contract cannot exceed three years, but can be renewed. Unlimited term contracts list a start date but are open-ended. They may be terminated by mutual consent or by either party giving 30 days notice. A new employee may undergo a probationary period of not more than six months. During this time the employee can be dismissed without reason or notice and he or she will not be entitled to any end of service benefits. Contracts may also include a competitive clause which states an employee cannot work for a competitor for up to two years.

Once a contract is signed the employee is legally bound to fulfill it. While laws regarding sponsorship have eased, allowing employees some movement between jobs if certain conditions are fulfilled, it still can be a challenging process. In most cases, in order to transfer to a new job the employee must complete one full year of service at their current position and obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their current employer. The NOC states that the employer releases the employee from any contractual obligations. If an employee’s work permit is cancelled without the NOC, a six month ban will be issued against the employee.

This means that while they can reenter the UAE on a visit visa during the ban, they will not be issued a new work permit for six months. There are certain categories of workers who are exempt from these rules, including employees of government departments and Free Zone areas (such as Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village, and Internet City). Free Zone workers are not under an individual company’s sponsorship, but under the sponsorship of the entire Free Zone area itself. As such, they can transfer to a new job within the same Free Zone without an NOC. Employees sponsored by their spouses also have greater freedom of movement between jobs.

While Dubai offers an exciting, multi-cultural work environment coupled with tax free income, employees do need to be aware of how job regulations can affect them. The government of Dubai is currently reviewing labor laws, particularly the six month ban rule, in light of the current global economy. Changes giving workers more rights and greater flexibility to move from one job to another may be on the horizon.

Woke up in the morning, and realized that I’m broke and can’t simply go to the grocery and buy what I need. The fact is that money comes by the end of the month, but there were more three days left to live until the end of the month. My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income… but afterwards I calmed myself that actually we did a great move in this month, we I mean me and my brother- IT geek who doesn’t cares about anything but Internet connection. Well, what we did is, we’ve got new apartment, so I’m sure you can imagine payments for fees, deposits and stuff. The point is, now, I’m amazed that how my parents were managing medium income to maintain the Family expenses with three kids, bill payments for water, electricity, gas, heating fees in the winter, moreover food, school, transportation for us, the list goes and goes with etc….wow

Me, being mature enough cannot budget my money, or damn salary is not good enough??? (thinking about parents)

I decided to find out the answer, and here you go, I hope information shared below will motivate to manage money not only me but you as well.

Make sure you’re in charge of your money, or your money could end up running you.

Managing your money is an essential life skill, and once you know what you are doing, it really isn’t so difficult. Once you left home, the only responsible for your financial health is you, so it’s good to know essentials.

Debts

The most important thing is avoiding unmanageable or critical debts. That means high-interest debts such as credit cards, store cards or loans that you don’t really need. Note that this doesn’t include low interest student loans, business start-up loans, or mortgages, which can be seen as a long investment in a way.

Before you start saving, spending or investing, pay off those debts. You will loose more money on high interest debt payments than you’re ever likely to make with most savings and investments – you’ll better pay off in the long run if you work harder with ditching the debt.

Emergency money

Once your debts are paid off, get yourself some money saved up for a rainy day. You really never know when you’re going to have an emergency, or need that cash cushion. An unexpected job loss, family matter, or even new interview suit can be made less of a worry by keeping some cash to one side.

Keep it in an instant or easy access account, and check from time to time that you’re getting a competitive rate of interest on it. If you’re really good at money management, you could just keep the sum in your current account, if it pays enough interest.

Ideally, if you’re working, have enough money saved to cover three to six months of basic living costs. If that’s unrealistic, just save whatever you can, even if it’s only a pound here and there. Anyone who is on a very tight budget, such as living on benefits, should concentrate on breaking even, and avoiding debt wherever possible.

Basic savings and investments

Once the debts are paid off, and you have some emergency money saved, think about some of the less risky ways to save and invest. That could be high interest savings accounts, property, pensions, bonds, and perhaps insurance, and so on. You won’t always make a fortune with these, but if you research the market and choose carefully, they have traditionally been safer long-term choices.

Taking more of a risk

This is only for people who have a stable financial foundation first! With riskier investments, you might make more money, but you also run the risk of losing the lot. This includes unit trusts, shares in single companies, and alternative investments. Don’t be greedy and get sucked in by offers of high returns, always read around the subject and do your own research before committing to a purchase.

UNIVERSAL MESSAGE ABOUT HERCOLUBUS OR RED PLANET

Hercolubus, a planet so called by the sages of antiquity, is approaching our Solar System and is the cause of great concern for those who know about such cosmic phenomena.

In our former encounter, Hercolubus put an end to the Atlantean civilisation. These facts are duly related through all the “Universal Floods” of different religions and cultures.

The consequence of the very close proximity of Hercolubus will be great upheaval in all corners of our planet.

The internal fire will bring about innumerable volcanoes and earthquakes.

When Hercolubus is very close, a complete revolution of the Earth’s axis will take place.

Throughout all the ages, great sages have thoroughly investigated the return of the “Red Planet” and have alerted us about this cosmic phenomenon.

The last great testimony was that of V.M. Rabolu, who left a universal message to humanity through his work “Hercolubus or Red Planet”.

In that work, V.M. Rabolu writes:

“When Hercolaubus comes closer to the Earth and aligns with the Sun, deadly epidemics will begin to spread over the entire planet. Neither doctors nor official science will know what sort of illnesses they are or how to cure them. They will be powerless in the face of the epidemics.”

“The moment of tragedy and darkness will come: tremors, earthquakes and tidal waves. Human beings will become mentally unbalanced, because they will not be able to eat or sleep. In the face of danger, they will throw themselves over the precipice en masse, completely mad.”

“What I am affirming in this book is a prophecy that will be fulfilled very shortly, because I am certain about the end of the planet; I know it.”

“I am not frightening but warning, because I am distressed about this poor Humanity. These events will not be long in coming, and there is no time to waste with illusory things.”

In his message, V.M. Rabolu points out the elimination of the psychological defects and the conscious astral projections the only existing formulas to escape the forthcoming cataclysm.

All those who work for their own spiritual regeneration will be taken to a safe place…

IT IS TIME TO KNOW OURSELVES;
IT IS TIME TO TRANSFORM OURSELVES.

Even mainstream astronomers have long speculated that there may be an unknown planet – a Planet X – somewhere out beyond the orbit of Pluto that would account for the anomalies they were detecting in the orbits of Neptune and Uranus. Some unseen body seems to be tugging at them. The finding was reported in the June 19, 1982 edition of the New York Times:

Something out there beyond the furthest reaches of the known solar system is tugging at Uranus and Neptune. A gravitational force keeps perturbing the two giant planets, causing irregularities in their orbits. The force suggests a presence far away and unseen, a large object, the long-sought Planet X. Astronomers are so certain of this planet’s existence that they have already named it “Planet X – the 10th Planet.”

The anomalous body was first spotted in 1983 by IRAS (Infrared Astronomical Satellite), according to news stories. The Washington Post reported: “A heavenly body possibly as large as the giant planet Jupiter and possibly so close to Earth that it would be part of this solar system has been found in the direction of the constellation Orion by an orbiting telescope aboard the U.S. infrared astronomical satellite. So mysterious is the object that astronomers do not know if it is a planet, a giant comet, a nearby ‘protostar’ that never got hot enough to become a star, a distant galaxy so young that it is still in the process of forming its first stars or a galaxy so shrouded in dust that none of the light cast by its stars ever gets through.”

The story of the Anunnaki is told in Sitchin’s many books and is digested, augmented and speculated about in dozens of websites. But the tale is essentially this: About 450,000 years ago, Alalu, the deposed ruler of the Anunnaki on Nibiru, escaped the planet on a spaceship and found refuge on Earth. He discovered that Earth had plenty of gold, which Nibiru needed to protect its diminishing atmosphere. They began to mine Earth’s gold, and there were a lot of political battles among the Anunnaki for power. Then around 300,000 years or so ago, the Anunnaki decided to create a race of workers by genetically manipulating the primates on the planet. The result was homo sapiens – us. Eventually, rulership of the Earth was handed over to humans and the Anunnaki left, at least for the time being. Sitchin ties all this – and much more – into the stories of the first books of the Bible and the histories of other ancient cultures, especially Egyptian. (Here’s a good time chart of the alleged events.)

It’s an astonishing story, to say the least. Most historians, anthropologists and archeologists consider it all Sumerian myth, of course. But Sitchin’s work has created a diehard cadre of believers and researchers who take the story at face value. And some of them, whose ideas are getting widespread attention thanks to the Internet, contend that the return of Nibiru is close at hand – possibly as soon as somewhere between 2003 and 2013!

In 1976, Zecharia Sitchin stirred up a great deal of controversy with the publication of his book, The Twelfth Planet. In this and subsequent books, Sitchin presented his literal translations of ancient Sumerian texts which told an incredible story about the origins of humankind on planet Earth – a story far different and much more fantastic than what we all learned in school.

The ancient cuneiform texts – some of the earliest known writing, dating back some 6,000 years – told the story of a race of beings called the Anunnaki. The Anunnaki came to Earth from a planet in our solar system called Nibiru, according to the Sumerians via Sitchin. If you’ve never heard of it, that’s because mainstream science does not recognize Nibiru as one of the planets that revolves around our Sun. Yet it is there, claims Sitchin, and its presence holds great importance not only for humankind’s past, but our future as well.

Nibiru’s orbit around the Sun is highly elliptical, according to Sitchin’s books, taking it out beyond the orbit of Pluto at its farthest point and bringing it as close to the Sun as the far side of the asteroid belt (a ring of asteroids that is known to occupy a band of space between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter). It takes Nibiru 3,600 years to complete one orbital journey, and it was last in this vicinity around 160 B.C.E. As you can imagine, the gravitational effects of a sizable planet moving close to the inner solar system, as it is claimed for Nibiru, could wreak havoc on the orbits of other planets, disrupt the asteroid belt and spell big trouble for planet Earth.

Well, prepare for yet another possible apocalypse because, they say, Nibiru is once again heading this way – and will be here soon.
